Why the 3000 Series Pumps Are a Game-Changer for Modern Industry
In the aerospace and defense industry, lead time on a component can often be an important factor. In the fluid pump sector, PDT’s new 3000 Pump Series is rising to meet the challenge of providing a versatile pump that can seamlessly integrate into next-gen aerospace applications.
Adaptability and Reliability
The 3000 Series is designed to be flexible. These pumps are designed to be lightweight and efficiently packaged for airborne applications while offering flexibility in performance, fluid type, and power source. They are available in 38 VDC and 270 VDC configurations. The 3000 Series are ready to deploy with no additional development costs.
The 3000 Pump series currently includes 8 different pumps, designed to handle a variety of common applications in the aerospace and defense market. Their modular design provides flexibility to accommodate a myriad of different performance, fluid and power options.
The variable speed options of the 3000 Series enable precise flow regulation and can increase energy efficiency by reducing power draw when full power is not required.
The wide fluid compatibility of the 3000 Series makes it a good solution for many different systems. These pumps can use PAO, EGW, PGW, fuels, and other water- or oil-based fluids.
PDT developed this series of pumps after decades of providing reliable solutions to our customers and uncovering commonly requested requirements.

“The 3000 Pump Series directly addresses our customers’ need for a faster speed to market and adaptability”, says PDT Business Development Director Tim Phelan.
“We have a clear understanding of what our customers are looking for. We developed these pumps so we could provide a fast and reliable solutions for many different applications.”
