Pacific Design Technologies, Inc. is a leading contract, design, and manufacturing company that specializes in the development of advanced liquid cooling and pumping solutions for space, defense, and commercial exploration applications.

Founded in April 2000, Pacific Design Technologies, Inc. is a small business concern with a highly experienced staff of engineers, designers, technicians, and administrative support with a long history of design and fabrication of thermal management and heat transfer systems and their related components.

Pacific Design Technologies, Inc. offers innovative solutions to the Space, Defense, and Commercial markets in the areas of liquid cooling and circulation pumps, accumulators, thermal control valves and integrated thermal management systems.

We specialize in positive displacement and centrifugal pump designs for use with a variety of fluids such as PAO (Polyalphaolefin), EGW (Ethylene Glycol and Water), PGW (Propylene Glycol and Water), Freon, Fuel, Lube and Hydraulic Oils, De-ionized Water, and Liquid CO2.

Pacific Design Technologies is certified to AS9100:C Quality Management System

AS9100:C standard is intended for use by space manufacturers including leading space companies such as Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, General Electric, and NASA who support the standard. AS9100:C was developed through a global effort by space industry representatives in the United States, Europe, and Asia. The standard is published by The Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE).

Is all design and engineering performed in house at PDT?

Yes! The nature of our work is creative design and engineering. This requires both total commitment and close coordination from initial design concept to shipment of final products.

Is PDT certified to the requirements for doing business in the Aviation, Space and Defense Industries?

Yes, PDT is AS9100C certified since 2004. AS9100C is an International Standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system where an organization a) needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide product that meets customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and b) aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. In addition to being AS9100C certified, PDT recently received United Technologies Corporation’s Supplier Gold Award for outstanding performance. This award is a significant milestone in PDT’s efforts to become a World Class Space manufacturing company.
